Dear HPHS members,

We sincerely appreciate and thank you for your contributions to our society in whatever way you have participated in various HPHS related activities. While many of you have actively served in various HPHS committees and taken part in HPHS sponsored educational events, many of you, especially the relatively younger members of the society, have not yet gotten such opportunities. The Executive Committee has now created several new activities and has also expanded the committees. We would like to seek your involvement and active participation in various HPHS related activities and would request you to fill out this google form with the requested information.
